Strength and conditioning session held at Iron Island gym in Bury St Edmunds. Sessions are £5 payable to Iron Island. The idea is to give the girls the confidence to enter any gym and be comfortable to train. The sessions will be a mix of circuit, hyrox and free weights. Any issues or concerns please reach out to me.
