2. Pre-Match Luncheon Bookings are Live

Following the release of the Men’s 1st XV fixtures, we are pleased to announce that bookings for our Avant Haberden Pre-Match Luncheons are now live.

PRE-MATCH LUNCHEON BOOKINGS FOR ALL MEN’S 1ST XV FIXTURES CAN BE BOOKED HERE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.

PRE-MATCH LUNCHEON BOOKINGS CAN ONLY BE MADE ONLINE VIA THE LINK ABOVE.

This season, pre-match luncheons will cost £37.50pp, and guests will enjoy a superb three-course dining experience – including a bread starter – before settling in to watch the high-octane National League 1 action on the pitch.

Entry is included in the cost.

Discounted wine is available for the duration of the luncheon.

This season, we’ve refined, streamlined and elevated our hospitality experience to deliver what we believe is the finest offering in the National Leagues. Hospitality
will be available at all Men’s 1st XV home fixtures, with select Women’s 1st XV and several Men’s 2nd XV matches also featuring hospitality throughout the season. These will be added in due course.

Our Hospitality Manager, Ellen Affleck and Head Chef, Jodie Sedgwick, are ready to ensure that your Avant Haberden Match Day Hospitality is better than ever.

To ensure consistency and the highest standards of service, all hospitality packages are provided as listed and cannot be modified.

Our Partner Guide will be sent to all current sponsors and partners, to provide an essential guide to the 2026 / 2027 season, as a member of the Bury St Edmunds Rugby Club commercial portfolio.
