We are delighted to announce that Bury St Edmunds based, A1 Cars, have become the Official Taxi Partner of Bury St Edmunds Rugby Club for the 2025-2026 season and beyond. A1 Cars is already well known to many of our club members and has long been a trusted choice for taxi services to and from The Haberden. Now, with a formal partnership and generous sponsorship, we are proud to announce A1 Cars as our Official Taxi Partner.

Visitors to The Haberden will notice multiple A1 Cars signage touchpoints throughout the facility, most prominently through our new A1 Cars Rank, outside the clubhouse entrance.

This element of our partnership not only boasts some of the most unique branding in grassroots rugby but has also allowed us to further enhance the experience of our visitors. To reflect this, we’ve introduced a few simple changes:

1. Dedicated Taxi Rank – located right outside the clubhouse, exclusively for A1 Cars. No more waiting in the rain – your car will pull up when it’s ready.
2. On-Site Booking Kiosks – two iPads in the clubhouse with the A1 Cars app preloaded, giving you priority when booking your return journey.
3. Always Close By – A1 have committed to keeping vehicles nearby, so you can head home whenever you’re ready.

It’s simple. It’s seamless. It’s the best way home.
