I’m delighted to announce the Club has secured their allocation for three of the four England Autumn Internationals at Twickenham this November. We have a selection of tickets for the home game against New Zealand on the 2nd of November, Australia on the 9th if November and South Africa on the 16th of November. Tickets for the England vs Japan game are on general sale from the RFU website.

As usual BSE RUFC Members are only allowed to apply for one pair of tickets to one of the games. Please don’t apply for more than 2 tickets. We are not able to accommodate multiple applications from one family as we have so few tickets to go between so many members. Also please be specific with which game you’d like and what price ticket.

To apply for tickets simply email me (Olly) with the below info. Nearly 50% of application don’t include this detail and result in delays and more time taken from volunteers for processing. Please include all of this:-
1. Your Name
2. Member’s name (if different)
3. 2023/24 Membership Number
4. Valid Email address
5. The game you’d like to attend - just one game
6. The price of the pair of tickets you’d like - just one pair
7. What Volunteering you do at the club (plenty of detail please)

You will be entered into the ballot. If the club’s allocation is exceeded, then priority will be given to those members that volunteer regularly at the club. You will be notified by email once the deadline has passed only if you are successful, at which point immediate payment to the Club by BACS will be required to secure your request. Tickets will then be available to collect from the Club 10 days before the fixture.

Applications need to be made before 5pm on Friday the 20th of July 2024. Applications after this cannot be considered sadly.

Prices per ticket are as follows
For New Zealand = £199 (x5 pairs), £169 (x10 pairs) & £139 (x4 pairs).
For Australia = £139 (x5 pairs), £129 (x8 pairs), £91 (x5 pairs) & £70 (x10 pairs).
For South Africa = £139 (x5 pairs), £129 (x5 pairs), £109 (x5 pairs), £91 (x8 pairs) & £70 (x5 pairs).

Only fully paid-up Members can apply for tickets. By requesting tickets via the Club you are confirming you are applying for Autumn Series tickets, which will be used by yourself and not sold on. Should you be unable to attend a match, you will return the tickets to the Club International Ticket Administrator, and they will try and place them elsewhere. No other sale must be attempted; failure to observe this will result in the Club applying sanctions to the Member involved.
