
Bury St Edmunds Rugby Club is looking for an energetic, commercially minded Hospitality & Events Manager to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of hospitality, bar operations and events at The Haberden.
This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role at the heart of our club community.
You’ll oversee bar and catering operations, manage staff teams, coordinate matchday and commercial events and help drive revenue through high‑quality hospitality experiences. From pre‑match lunches to large‑scale functions, you’ll ensure every event runs smoothly and reflects our club values.
We’re looking for someone organised, confident, adaptable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Strong leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to build great relationships are essential. Having previous experience of bar management, desirable.
