Thank you to everyone who braved the horrendous conditions and the early start to see off Kevin Sinfield in his 7 in 7: Together challenge from The Greene King IPA Haberden this morning.

Kevin is set to run seven ultra marathons in seven days across seven cities or regions. Again, this will include an Extra Mile event where members of the MND community will join Kev for one mile each day from 1st to 7th December 2025. Each day will be broken down into 7km blocks that Sinfield must complete inside the hour, before setting off on the next leg on the hour.

Hundreds of you lined the ground on what was a special and historic day for our club. Thank you.

We were so proud to be asked to represent our town for this amazing event and we wish Kevin and his team all the very best for the challenge ahead. What you are doing for the fight against MND is beyond inspiring.
