As a club rooted in community spirit, we’re committed to supporting causes of all shapes and sizes. While we continue to organise our own charity initiatives, this season we're aiming to open our doors even wider - offering local and national charities, clubs and organisations the chance to raise both funds and awareness through the energy and reach of match day rugby. On Saturday, we will welcome our 5th Match Day Charity Partner of the season to The Haberden - Suffolk Mind.

Suffolk Mind is a local mental health charity supporting more than 35,000 people every year.

More than one in four of us will experience a mental health challenge each year. At Suffolk Mind, our mission is to make Suffolk the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental health.

Suffolk Mind works across the mental health continuum, providing services, support and information for everyone.

We offer a range of services including our Helpline, anxiety management courses, counselling, Waves, supported housing, GreenCare, Suffolk Work Well, workplace wellbeing training, and schools and family services.

Suffolk Mind also runs the SuffolkForward Network, it’s businesses networking group.
