In line with the Club Constitution the Committee hereby give Notice that the Annual General Meeting will take place at 7pm, June 24th.

The meeting is open to anyone to attend but only Members will be able to vote.

Any member wishing to propose an addition or alteration to the rules, or if they have a specific question of the committee need to submit this to the Hon Secretary by Sunday 7th June.

Election of Officers

In addition to the President, Hon Treasurer and Hon Secretary, the committee would - subject to acceptance on the night of the AGM - elect the additional posts -

Chairman
Vice Chairman
Rugby Playing Chairman
Women's Rugby Chairman
Mens Adult Social Chairman
Youth Boys Chairman
Youth Girls Chairman
Minis Chairman

Any member has the right to make nominations with the consent of the candidate as well as the Committee also having the right to make nominations.

Nominations need to be sent to the Hon Sec by Sunday June 7th.

Any member wishing to propose a change or alteration to the Club Rules or have a question of the Committee again needs to send to the Hon Sec by June 7th.
