Back row forward, Chantelle Higgins, has been named Vice Captain of the squad and returns after captaining the Eastern Counties squad to the Division 2 finals. An ever-present member of the team, Chantelle played every minute of every game last season.

Fellow back row forward, Ellen Lockwood, is a versatile player who has transitioned to the back row after previously playing on the wing. Ellen is a destructive number 6 & will be an important cog in both defence and attack.

Number 7, Amanda Jones, was previously a middle-distance runner for Wales. She competed in the British Championships and inter-service competitions during her time in the Army. Now, she is an explosive and talismanic player in the 1st XV squad.

Live wire scrum half, Georgie Palmer, has been a staple member of the squad for many seasons. Georgie is frequently among the top try scorers & last season was awarded try of the season.

Finally, outside half Georgia Lang, will be returning to The Haberden for the upcoming season. Georgia has represented the RAF in both 7s and in 15s, making her an experienced and important player to the cause.
