Wednesday night saw the Vixen's final playing event of the season, the hotly contested Vixen's vs 'Governors' rematch. With last year's victory still fresh in their minds the 'Governors', (a team mainly consisting of long-suffering mums) dusted off their boots, and took to the pitch, this year knowing they were facing a much stronger, more disciplined side.

The atmosphere was electric, supporters came out in their droves & what followed was a superb display of skill and enthusiasm. The 'Governors' came away as overall winners with the final score 34-22! The 'Governors' would like to thank their head coach, Scott Rannochan for his unwavering determination and expert guidance. Thanks also to Liam, the ladies from the Women's 1st IV and to the Vixen's coaching team, and to Harry Badman for his outstanding refereeing.

It was wonderful to see a number of our sponsors attending the event, we hope you enjoyed it and we thank you for your continued support. To our parents (those on and off the pitch), your tireless efforts on behalf of your kids makes all of this possible.
