If you fancy giving something new a go or need a new team to join then look no further than the Rovers. Have fun, enjoy yourself and keep fit at the same time. Everyone is welcome no matter their age, ability, or fitness level.

Training is held on Tuesday evenings, starting at 7.00pm. Just turn up, get changed, introduce yourself and get stuck in.
